Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the Trade Sutra Trading Academy (TSTA) website, courses,and webinars, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

4.1 Course Fees

All course fees and service charges displayed on the TSTA platform include applicable taxes where required. Full payment must be completed before access to any course, webinar, or educational service is provided. TSTA reserves the right to update or change pricing at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Refund Policy

Fees paid for TSTA courses, webinars, or educational programs are generally non-transferable and non-refundable. Refund requests will not be accepted after completion of the introductory class or after access to course content has been provided.

In very special circumstances approved by TSTA management, a refund may be considered. If approved, the refund may be processed within 10–15 business days through the original payment method. All such cases will be handled privately and confidentially.
